Heroes of COVID-19

    This week, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia acknowledged another nine wonderful team members as ‘Heroes of COVID-19’ with all recipients receiving a certificate acknowledging exceptional practice and a $50 RLOA Gift Card which can be used at all major retailers.

    A total of 40 staff members have now received this award, and we are sincerely grateful for their efforts to ensure the safe continuity of supports for our participants during this time.

    We plan on continuing to recognise more ‘Heroes of COVID-19’ within the organisation, as the coronavirus situation continues to develop. Congratulations to our latest recipients and keep up the good work!

      Through Michael's Eyes - Navigating Uncharted Waters (Video)


        In this video Michael shares how Rural Lifestyle Options Australia has navigated through uncharted waters during the COVID-19 pandemic and outlines how the organisation has adapted to still deliver high quality care and support under the NDIS National Disability Insurance Scheme. Thank you to Michael and his Lifestyle Support Worker Dillon for taking the time to be interviewed for this video. As an organisation we are proud to still be able to provide certainty through continuity of supports, during these uncertain times. During this unprecedented time, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia is continuing to deliver essential supports to people with a disability in rural and regional communities, as we have for over 27 years.
