At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, our goal is to deliver bespoke Home Care Packages which are tailored to help you remain independent in your own home for longer. We offer a wide range of services designed to keep you healthier and happier in the comfort of your own home while providing you with the necessary care and support you need.

We are passionate about ensuring you have the option to stay independent in your home for longer and can also assist you with completing your paperwork to get your Home Care Package funding up and running. We can even manage these services for you on your behalf, giving you one less hassle to worry about!

Home Care Packages are designed to provide you with a more complex level of care. When you sign up with Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, you will be supported by our experienced Home Care Coordinator who who work with you to develop a care plan that best meets your needs while ensuring you are getting the most out of your package.

Under this model, we offer four different levels of support for Home Care Packages:

Level 1 Home Care Package – to support people with basic care needs
Level 2 Home Care Package – to support people with low level care needs
Level 3 Home Care Package – to support people with intermediate care needs
Level 4 Home Care Package – to support people with high care needs

Our service provides flexibility when you need it the most and will evolve with you as your needs change.

Where do I start?
At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, we understand that the process for applying for a Home Care package may feel overwhelming. To best support you, we offer a free referral service where we can contact My Aged Care with you to support you in getting the assessment process started. Take the first step in your Aged Care Home Care journey by emailing agedcare@rloa.org.au or by contacting 1300 032 175 to talk to one of our friendly staff members about your care needs today.
How can I commence using my Home Care Package?
If you already have an approved Home Care Package and have received a referral code, you can start receiving Aged Care Home Care services with Rural Lifestyle Options Australia straight away.
Can I access Private Support Services for Aged Care through RLOA?
If you are not eligible for a government-funded package or if you would like to start receiving supports while you are waiting for your package to be approved, you can book private services directly with Rural Lifestyle Options Australia.

Meet our friendly Home Care Manager...
​
Lisette joined Rural Lifestyle Options Australia in March 2023 and is the Home Care Manager for our Aged Care services. Lisette brings over 14 years of experience to the role and is responsible for building rapport with our consumers, overseeing a direct support team and implementing a range of different elements across our Aged Care Home Care services. Lisette notes that she is “passionate about delivering exceptional support and care to our consumers.” Further noting that “I was drawn to this role with RLOA as they are a bespoke organisation who are very passionate about delivering high quality supports and outcomes for consumers”. Outside of work, Lisette enjoys going to the beach, spending times with friends and family and reading books. Lisette possesses a Certificate IV and a Certificate III in Aged Care.
