At the beginning of each month, our People and Culture Division share with staff the Action for Happiness Calendar through our monthly People and Culture Insights Update.
As an organisation, we are committed to re-sharing these Calendars, to remind everyone to keep calm, stay wise and be kind. 📅
‘Meaningful May 2021’ is a good reminder to "Focus on actions which make a difference for others".
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning.
We will remember them.

At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, we like to celebrate the contribution of staff who have been with us on this journey for a long period of time.
Today we celebrate the achievements of Kelly Crumblin, who was presented with a 15 Years of Service Award by Michelle Latailakepa, Chief Executive Officer.
In recognition of Kelly’s commitment and loyalty to the organisation, Kelly received an award acknowledging this milestone, a personalised letter from the CEO and a $150 RLOA Gift Card which can be used at a variety of major retailers.
