Please see below an important organisation update from Carole Caswell, Chair of the Board of Directors. To all of our participants, families, supporters and valued staff,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to comfort and reassure you all that RLOA is continuing to deliver caring support to you and your loved ones during this unprecedented time.

Despite the uncharted waters ahead for the whole nation we are determined to care for our participants, families and our valued staff.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve and create further uncertainties for us all, let me reassure you that our highest priority remains the health and well-being of both our participants and staff.

The RLOA Board are in regular communication with our Executive Team to implement strategies to ensure continuity of support for you or your loved one. As things continue to change, it is important to remember that we can get through this together.

Kindest regards to each and every one of you.

Stay safe.

Carole Caswell Chair Board of Directors
