RLOA becomes an approved provider under National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ)

In April 2020, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia became a registered Service Provider for 'Attendant Care and Support' under the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ). The NIISQ provide funding to people who sustain eligible serious personal injuries in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland on or after 1 July 2016. As a registered Service Provider, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia provide supports to participants on a short term or long term basis depending on the severity of the accident.

Our friendly and experienced staff can assist participants under the NIISQ with: 

• Getting ready for your day

• Setting and maintaining a personal care routine

• Cleaning your home and maintaining your garden 

• Managing your day-to-day routine

• Attending appointments 

• Personal tasks and errands

• Engaging with your local community
