“Bill’s address reinforced his recently announced six-pronged approach to overhauling the National Disability Insurance Agency which includes a lift in staffing, longer-term care plans for participants, addressing fraud and rorting within the scheme, supporting more people with a disability to live at home, purging ineffective providers and linking other community services up to the NDIA better.
After meeting with Bill, his passion for the scheme and what it represents for people with a disability is irrefutable. Many of the moves he has enacted since his appointment would suggest a brighter future for those accessing the scheme.
