At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, we understand the importance of celebrating milestones, both big and small. We are proud to announce that we recently achieved a workforce milestone and now have over 150 team members who are apart of Team RLOA.

Each of these team members have been handpicked to provide an above and beyond service to the participants we support in rural and regional communities. We are proud of our team, and are grateful for their commitment to our vision of ‘Changing lives, stronger communities’.

Thank you to each and every one of you for making Rural Lifestyle Options Australia the organisation we are today.

Not all heroes wear capes! 🦸

At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, we value our people which is why we have developed several different award categories to recognise the amazing work of our team.

Today, we recognise one of the members of our talented Customer Service Team, Sally Schiffmann who received one of our Special Category Awards, aptly named the Super Sally Award!

In addition to managing a very busy reception in our Beaudesert office, Sally manages our Preloved Homewares Op Shop where she draws upon her extensive background within the retail sector to ensure it always looks amazing.

In recognition of her dedication to ensuring our Preloved Homewares Op Shop runs smoothly and presents exceptionally to our customers, Sally received a Special Award today, which was presented by Annett Reeves, Office Manager.

You are truly Super Sally!

This week, we are giving two thumbs up to Amy Taberner! 👍👍🎉

Today, Amy was presented with an Above and Beyond Award by Michelle Latailakepa, Chief Executive Officer.

Amy was nominated for her leadership, commitment and for going the extra mile in providing exceptional supports to facilitate meaningful outcomes for participants. Amy has demonstrated extraordinary efforts to ensure the people she is supporting not only achieve their goals but also thrive. This has been seen through a participant’s lens. Amy is always professional, responsible, respectful and thinks outside the square for her support role.

This has been recognised as extending Rural Lifestyle Options Australia’s mission of “Supporting a life of choice”.

Please join us in congratulating Amy!
