National Carers Week 2021

10-16 October marks National Carers Week, an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the 2.65 million unpaid carers around the country who provide outstanding care and support to their loved ones.

This year’s theme is ‘Millions of Reasons to Care’ and serves to raise community awareness among all Australians about the diversity of carers and their caring roles.

Rural Lifestyle Options Australia are proud to support National Carers Week annually and try to alleviate some of the pressures of unpaid carers throughout the year through initiatives such as our Caring For Carers Emergency Relief program.
