Next week, in celebration of National Seniors Month and National Carers Week, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia will be hosting a series of free BBQ events around the Redlands. ❤️

From Monday to Friday, we will be popping up in a different location around the Redlands to host a free sausage sizzle for seniors, carers and the local community.

While you eat, have a chat to one of our friendly staff members to learn how we can support you or your loved one with Aged Care and Disability supports in the Redlands community. We will also be sharing local job opportunities too!

Today Rural Lifestyle Options Australia is taking action to remind all Australians that every day is the day to ask ‘Are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about may be struggling with life.

If someone in your world is struggling with life’s ups and downs, R U OK? have developed a range of resources to help Australians know what to say when someone says they’re not OK to guide them through how they can continue a conversation that could change a life.

Rural Lifestyle Options Australia understand that the health and wellbeing of our people is paramount to everything we do, and are proud to support this initiative.
