Today we celebrate the incredible achievements of Sheryl Colton, who was presented with a 20 Years of Service Award by Michelle Latailakepa, Chief Executive Officer.

In recognition of Sheryl’s commitment and loyalty to the organisation, Sheryl received an award acknowledging this meritorious milestone, a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, a personalised letter from the CEO and a $200 RLOA Gift Card which can be used at a variety of major retailers. In addition to this, Sheryl has been invited out to lunch to celebrate this special occasion.

Senior Support Worker Professional Development Day

Today our Senior Support Workers met for a Professional Development Day to advance one of Rural Lifestyle Options Australia’s core values – “We believe in lifelong learning”. 🙌

Speakers included Service Managers, Monil Dangol and Celena Bolton; Executive Leader Service Delivery, Robert Rees; Manager People and Culture, Tamara Sulzberger; and Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Latailakepa. 💬

The day has been a great opportunity for these leaders to meet with their peers to share ideas and learn more about Rural Lifestyle Options Australia and the ongoing changes within the NDIS but most importantly has been a chance to discuss how we as an organisation can all work together to improve the lives of our participants. 🎉

Years of Service Medals 🏅

At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia we appreciate the efforts our staff make and are always looking for new ways to recognise them for their stellar achievements and meritorious career milestones.

One of our latest staff recognition initiatives is our Years of Service Medals which are given to staff members when they achieve 5, 10 and 15 Years of Service. 🏅

Judy has been a Lifestyle Support Worker with RLOA for over 20 years, providing support to participants to help them enjoy life to the fullest while supporting them in accomplishing their goals!
