Vicki Schofield

Vicki joined Rural Lifestyle Options Australia in July 2017 and is Area Manager (South East Queensland) for the organisation. Her background spans 30 years’ working in the Disability sector holding senior positions in both non-government and government roles in Queensland and New South Wales. As Area Manager (South East Queensland), Vicki is responsible for the overall provision of services to participants of Rural Lifestyle Options Australia and provides support and leadership to the Lead Practitioners and NDIS Intake and Support Officer in South East Queensland. This role is integral in engaging, maintaining and expanding relationships with key stakeholders including (but not limited to); participants, families, adult guardians, public trustee, employees and community organisations. Vicki is also a qualified general and psychiatric nurse having worked in both acute and community settings.

Robert Rees
Area Manager (Gold Coast and New South Wales)

Robert joined Rural Lifestyle Options Australia in April 2019 and is the Area Manager (Gold Coast and New South Wales) for the organisation. As Area Manager (Gold Coast and New South Wales), Robert is responsible for the overall provision of services to participants of Rural Lifestyle Options Australia and provides support and leadership to the Lead Practitioners and NDIS Intake and Support Officer in Gold Coast and New South Wales. His favourite aspect about working for the organisation is "working with participants and their families to achieve their goals" stating that "there is no better feeling than seeing participants succeed in what they have set out to do". Outside of work, Robert is an avid surfer and a "mad" Essendon supporter in AFL.  He also enjoys going to the beach with his family and spending time with his dog Nell.

Annett Field
Office Manager

Annett joined Rural Lifestyle Options Australia in May 2017 and is the Office Manager. Prior to joining the organisation, Annett has held several people focused roles and recently worked in a program that supported parents and carers of children with Autism. Annett notes that her favourite aspect of working for Rural Lifestyle Options Australia is meeting the participants and learning more about them. Outside of work, Annett enjoys playing board games with her children, cooking, socialising with friends, listening to music and watching movies.
