If you have complex health needs that require regular help from a medical professional, our Community Nursing Services may be right for you. Our Team can assist with everything from health assessments and implementing care and support plans, right through to medication administration and palliative care management.

If you have a complex health requirement that’s not mentioned on this page, contact us and we’ll let you know whether we can assist you and your individual needs. The NDIS currently allow participants to access nursing care through the 'Assistance with Daily Life Support Category' so that participants can have greater access to these supports if they need them.

Our Community Nursing Services are currently available in the Ipswich, Redland, Logan, Scenic Rim and Gold Coast regions.
